a. Delivery is estimated at 4-8 business days. The freight carrier will call you the day prior to schedule delivery. Your rubber mulch is on standard 48″ by 48″ pallets and includes curbside/end of driveway delivery with lift gate service.
b. Deliver time can vary up to 15 business days based on time of year and delivery location.
c. Curbside/End of Driveway Delivery: The Driver will lower the pallet(s) using a lift gate and then use a manual pallet jack to move the pallet onto the end of the driveway when possible. Pallet Jack can only operate on a hard surface. In some locations driver may not be able to have access to the end of a driveway but will work to deliver as close as possible.
Cancellation of Order
Once your order is placed, it may be shipped out the very next business day. If you chose to cancel the order once it is placed, the cancelation must take place within the first 8 hours of placing your order. Best Rubber Mulch cannot be responsible for late cancellations and the customer would be responsible freight costs and return freight costs. To cancel please notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Best Rubber Mulch does not charge a restocking fee for returned “unopened” product. You must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for a return. Please call the Best Rubber Mulch office at 877-269-6208 for a return authorization number prior to any return. Freight can be very costly and the cost of initial freight plus the cost of return freight will be subtracted from refund. Merchandise must be returned “unopened” within 30 days of receipt of product. Once merchandise is returned to our facility we will process refund within 2 business days.
